Comme convenu lors de la réunion du cercle ancrage du 5 mai dernier, je suis très heureux et enthousiaste de lancer la création du Cercle International, dédié d’abord aux aspects multilingues, mais aussi à l’ensemble des sujets liés à la collaboration entre citoyens de différents pays dans le cadre Fédération.
Il a été convenu que sa langue de travail sera l’anglais.
Le Cercle Réglementation garde bien entendu sa mission focalisée sur le contrôle des exportations et les aspects juridiques de projets ne pouvant pas être menés dans un cadre open source standard.

Question type : un projet avec langue de référence en italien et des contributeurs japonais qui veulent s’y joindre, comment font-ils ? Comment se fait une réunion avec des gens qui ne parlent pas la même langue ?
Eviter le risque d’avoir une plateforme qui devienne par défaut une plateforme en anglais, autres langues diluées si pas préparé.
Robustesse de la communauté actuelle face à l’ouverture ? Est-ce qu’il est pertinent d’ouvrir à ce stade si risque que toute la “culture” Fédération se trouve perdue.
